A new baby!

Congrats to Isabelle and Tom who are the proud parents of Sebastien.

He was born on Oct 25, 7 pounds 14 ounces.

Mom and baby are doing great and Isabelle has her sights on the Oliver Half triathlon.

Video swim class Feb 28

I am once again putting on The Finer Details of front crawl on Feb 28. This is a great chance to brush up on front crawl technique and see yourself on underwatervideo. The class will not be put on again until next October or November.

Calgary police half marathon registration info

The entry form for the Calgary Police Half-Marathon is now available in the Register section of the site. The first 600 entries will be accepted. On-Line registration will open on January 30th, 2010.
