I just watched the Calgary Chinook half ironman. Beautiful weather and really nice course. Looks like organizers did a very good job.
Maureen had a great race finishing 1st overall woman! Well Done.
Jen, Michelle and Tanis all finished in just over 6 hrs. Good job ladies. I saw Richard out on the course and he looked strong and was having lots of fun. I had to leave before his finish so I don't know his finish time.
Tomorrow is Arbour lake tri! Don't forget the sunscreen as I did today :(
