Congrats to Elaine who had a great run this past weekend in Canmore. She took place in the 5th race in the 5 peaks trail running series. The distance was 10km and Elaine placed 1st in her age group with a smoking 39:52, good for 5th overall female. Fantastic job Elaine, I know how much you love those kind of events!
This weekend is the Harvest Half marathon. Proceeds go t0 Brain Cancer research and is in memory of Tracy Flagg. Tracy was Laura Conoly's sister and died of cancer last year. This will be a great day to celebrate her memory.
