This weekend myself and 9 athletes will be heading away from rainy Calgary and looking forward to soaking up some sun on the big Island of Hawaii. We will have 5 filled days of training with rides ranging from 3500 vertical feet change to riding along the ledgendary Queen K highway. Look for updates on my facebook account.
Athletes attending are Ian, Doug, Dave, Phoenix, Stephanie, Tanya, Blair, Chris and Leslie. Oh did I forget to mention that we finish off the trip with Hawaii 70.3. :)
