Lethbridge Sprint

A couple of weeks ago Rob took part in the Lethbridge Sprint Triathlon (Splash Pedal and Gasp). Now remember Rob broke his collarbone in early March.

He took time off training and is continuing his rehab and was able to come in 4th overall, 1st in his age group in a time of 1:09.

Rob, just the fact that you were able to swim is amazing! Great to have you back training / racing. He is taking part in the Calgary Marathon next week and is planning on qualifying for Boston.
