It is that time of year again to refresh your swim stroke.
There is no better way than to learn all the finer details of front crawl and then actually see what you are doing through video analysis (under and above water).
The class is set to take place on Nov 22.
Lecture start time 10:30am.
Video Taping starts at 2:30 pm.
Cost = $157 or $189 (includes slow motion analysis)
